The Professional Assessment for Commercial Excellence (PACE) is a foundational 60-70 minute session designed to delve into your professional readiness and alignment with HCDS Technologies' ethos. This structured assessment maintains the same rigorous standards whether conducted virtually or onsite.

What Happens at PACE? A Detailed Breakdown:

The PACE session is meticulously segmented into four distinct 15-17 minute modules, each serving a critical purpose in our evaluation process:

Module 1: Unveiling Your Preparation, Commercial Attitude, and Professional Understanding (Initial 15-17 minutes)

This opening segment is crucial for us to gain an initial understanding of your approach to a professional career and your fit within our culture. We'll explore:

• Your Research and Enthusiasm: We want to see genuine interest. This means you should have conducted thorough research about HCDS Technologies – our mission, our projects, our partnerships (WeWork, Microsoft, Confluent, EnternPryz, BravoZest), and our presence in the market. Equally important is your understanding of the specific career opportunity you've applied for. How does it align with your aspirations? What excites you about this role with us?
• Commercial Attitude: In today's fast-paced tech world, technical skills alone are not enough. We'll assess your understanding of the commercial aspects of product development. This is not a fee for teaching, but access to professional-grade tools.
• Legit Onboarding Terms and Conditions: We will clearly outline the formal terms and conditions associated with joining the "Summer of Product Development" bootcamp. This includes contractual obligations, intellectual property agreements, confidentiality clauses, and our commitment to a professional and ethical working relationship.
• Program Duration and Commitment: We will discuss the minimum 3-month commitment (with no certificate issued before this period) and the flexibility to extend participation up to 18 months, aligning with our 18-month Trainee Program pathway.
• Expectations on Attendance and Timings: We will confirm the daily 5 PM to 8 PM schedule at our Gurugram Office Workplace (or dedicated virtual commitment if applicable).

• Our Decision Timeline: We will communicate our expected timeline for making a decision regarding your progression to the next stage.

This preparation demonstrates your commitment and professionalism. Find a calm space where external disturbances like pets, kids, public noise, or traffic will not interrupt your focus.

2. Punctuality and Technical Readiness: Be punctual! Connect 2-3 minutes in advance of your scheduled meeting time. This allows you to resolve any last-minute technical glitches and demonstrate your respect for the scheduled time. Ensure you have your laptop and headphones ready, coupled with a smooth and stable internet connection. Once connected, please wait patiently for us to initiate the meeting exactly as scheduled.

   Attention/Caution:

   • Do not connect on a mobile/smartphone. The visual real estate and functionality of a mobile device are insufficient for a professional assessment of this nature.

GD-Tech Details:

• Timing: This session will be scheduled within the next 3 days after the completion of your PACE session. You will be informed of the exact date and time during the "Making the Way Forward" segment of PACE.

• Format: GD-Tech will involve a group of candidates collaborating on a specific technical problem or a case study. The focus will be on:

  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: How effectively do you work with peers to analyze a problem, brainstorm solutions, and arrive at a consensus or optimal approach?
  • Technical Brainstorming: Your ability to articulate technical ideas, propose architectural solutions, discuss trade-offs, and defend your technical perspectives within a group setting.
