The Professional Assessment for Commercial Excellence (PACE) is a foundational 60-70 minute session designed to delve into your professional readiness and alignment with HCDS Technologies' ethos. This structured assessment maintains the same rigorous standards whether conducted virtually or onsite.

The PACE session is meticulously segmented into four distinct 15-17 minute modules, each serving a critical purpose in our evaluation process:


Module 1: Unveiling Your Preparation, Commercial Attitude, and Professional Understanding (Initial 15-17 minutes)


This opening segment is crucial for us to gain an initial understanding of your approach to a professional career and your fit within our culture. We'll explore:


  • Your Research and Enthusiasm: We want to see genuine interest. This means you should have conducted thorough research about HCDS Technologies – our mission, our projects, our partnerships (WeWork, Microsoft, Confluent, EnternPryz, BravoZest), and our presence in the market.     • Collaborative Problem-Solving: How effectively do you work with peers to analyze a problem, brainstorm solutions, and arrive at a consensus or optimal approach?
    • Technical Brainstorming: Your ability to articulate technical ideas, propose architectural solutions, discuss trade-offs, and defend your technical perspectives within a group setting.
